Impossible to gtet response

I emailed customer care with my query re a new contract, but keep getting a message back that I need to resubmit the email with the number concerned. It is for a NEW contract so there is no number. I really need someone to assist me with info and options!! How do I get someone to help me if I don't have an existing number that I am querying???
