Horrible service -no phone 2weeks

My Insured Samsung galaxy s3 screen cracked & I notified my insurance company (24hour mobility - who actually put me onto admin plus -most incompetent company). My phone was collected 29 April from my office and taken to admin plus who notified me the 30th they will send it for repairs &patiswa Mkatshane would contact me Thursday 2may. Patiswa never contacted me, even after I left voicemails, eventually got hold of her Friday and was treated like a inconvenience. I paid the 150 repair fee &was told to expect my device back on the Monday. Monday 6may I was told by a waseema that they will deliver it Tuesday. Tuesday came &went, no phone. Wednesday I was told by Ishmael he has my phone and I will get it Thursday. I made all the calls, never once did they call me. Thursday i was told my phone went missing.By friday I told waseema I was fed up and wanted my phone by e.o.b as their 5day policy was now void. She told me she spoke to simmy at mtn east gate and sent authorization forms and I could collect a new phone. Friday east gate couldn't assist. I went back today &was told admin plus sent nothing to them I must come back Monday. I now wasted petrol, time and I still have no phone!
