Passport Picking Awfully delayed-Traveling Friday

We paid since Wednesday 11 Dec for DHL to pick a passport from the Cypriot Embassy in Pretoria, South Africa and sent it to Arusha, Tanzania. The DHL officer in Arusha told us we would get a tracking number once collected. He initially told us that it will be collected as soon as we paid but then change his story & said it would be collected the next day, which never did. It is crucial to receive it this week because WE WILL TRAVEL ON FRIDAY 20 DEC. We followed up with this officer several times on Thursday & Friday, through phone & visits to the office. His response has been very unprofessional & arrogant. On Friday midday he mislead us by saying the passport had been collected & gave us a WRONG tracking number (2836539871). The Embassy told us the passport was NEVER collected. We tried following up with the head office in Dar Es Salaam Tanzania, but up to now have had no response. Monday is a public holiday in South Africa, so IT HAS TO BE ENSURED THAT THE PASSPORT IS URGENTLY COLLECTED ON TUESDAY MORNING in order to arrive to Arusha BEFORE OUR FRIDAY FLIGHT.

I am requesting your URGENT ASSISTANCE so that DHL Pretoria can finally provide the express services we paid for.
