Where is my 10Mb line?

I logged a call to Afrihost on Wednesday the 4th of December asking for my ADSL line to be upgraded from 4 to 10 Mb. They timeframe given for implementation was 24/48 hrs. The consultant also confirmed that 10Mb was available in my region.

I am still as of this morning on 4Mb and repeated calls to yourselves does not seem to be resulting in any action.

Please can my line be upgraded as a matter of urgency.
