13/05/13 called Phumeza 3 x she did not respond once. 13:49 sent zakhele same email he said someone will fetch phone today and call if things change
15/05/13 id copy 12:13 - yesterday called and to me that he had been trying to call
15/05/13 called apologized for lying id copy ready for tomorrow
15/05/13 collected
20/05/13 called 08:08am to follow up zakhele, called he had no idea phone had even been collected, he asked for waybill number which I gave to him and he said he will call back 08:13am
20/05/13 08:37 called said phone at repairs still
21/05/13 11.00am no answer for 20min called 12:38 spoke to zakhele - gave waybill again will contact now- called 13:00 said evaluating.call 16:00
21/05/13 called 16:31 said phone will be arriving Thursday
23/05/13 called 12:32 said phone will arrive Friday now
24/05/13 no call no phone!!!
27/05/13 called 08:32 waited till 08:38 and put phone down

NOT IMPRESSED!!!
