WONDERFUL SERVICE

I wanted to updated my cellphone to a Samsung Galaxy S4 and went to Vodashop, Howard Centre, Pinelands. They did not have the phone I wanted and ordered it for me. I received my new phone on Friday 6 December 2013 and were told that I could bring it back within 7 days if something was wrong. Well I had problems with the battery because from fully loaded to totally flat only took 6 hours! I took the phone back on Wednesday, 11 December 2013. It was sent back to Samsung and I got my new phone on Thursday, 19 December 2014. Throughout this whole process Suzanne Genade was extremely helpful with everything and when I collected my new phone on the 19th December the manager, Louise was also very helpful and installed all my apps that I needed and set up my e-mail account. I just want to thank them both for excellent service because nowadays it is not something that you find often!
