Creating an expectation

Let me start by saying... MTN!!!

I was told that my phone would be collected either Monday or Tuesday. What!!!
I called the techincal center on Thursday to find out how much longer its gonna take and how soon i can collect my phone. Only to find out that the phone has not been collected yet!!! lovely hey...

I called Kenny this morning to find out what the is going on and he tells me it was a system issue. Shame thats not my problem. I need my phone like yesterday!

Oh---soon i will be moving over to cellc...
