My sim contract with mtn expired in May and since then their call centre has played tactics of not allowing me to terminate the contract with mtn.this week alone I called them three times already and each time they gave lame excuses, a blizzard thing happen when one of the consultants told me that the termination department is not available and they will only be available on Saturday.meaning that department doesn't work on Fridays? my frastration is, does mtn call centre only helps when they want something from you? With this kind of service I think I should change service provider once and for all.
