Every time I have opened a contract with VODACOM I receive this terrible service from the call centre.
There is no communication what so ever.
I have been trying to activate a simcard which I received and, Yes I understand that the Contract Activations department is offline, however twice now I have been holding for over an hour both times and when my call is answerd I am told that they are off line. WHY the heck are you allowing calls to hold on for so long knowing that you can not assist.
Then when you try another service department they refuse to find out if the contract activations department is still off line. EVERY SINGLE TIME I request to speak to a manager, the call is dropped, or I am told they all team leaders and managers are in a meeting.
WHAT IS GOING ON AT VODACOM... THIS IS HOW YOU WILL START LOOSING YOU CLIENTS TO OTHER SERVICE DEPARTMENTS.
