Termination of contract

I have been trying to terminate my contract since the last month with no luck. I have been to the telkom mobile store as well as called their call centre numerous times but I seem to be getting nowhere, my contract is due to end but I am having issues with telkom mobile when atempting to give my notice to terminate this contract
This is extremely frustrating an as a result I will never take out a contract with telkom mobile eve
