My clientele mobile contract were valid for 24 months from 2010. No one informed me when my Contract expired. I'm on blackberry and make use of the BIS. My BIS is now off from 08/07/2013. After phoning several times to the call centre, they informed me that someone at the admin department will contact me back. I also struggled to contact the call centre. they advertised that their Operating hours are Monday-Thursday 08h00-17h00, Fridays 08h30-16h00, Saturdays 09h00-13h00, but when I phoned on Saturdays they are closed. They can't provide me with an answer on "why its off". They told me my contract expired and its on month to month contract. I immediately inform them to cancel the contract and switch me back to MTN Pay as you go. Up to today, I am still waiting for the switch. In the mean time I'm using hotspot browser on my phone and pay plus minis R100 airtime per day. What seems to be the problem to switch back to MTN Pay as you go... and when are they going to let me know. It also cost me money to phone the call centre all the time. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY CONTRACT FROM CLIENTELE MOBILE AGAIN.
