I have called Cell C numerous times to terminate my contract, each time I phone speak to a consultant they transfer me to cancellations department, however I wait approx 30-35 min only for the call to be cut. Its impossible for me to cancel my contract, without any assistance. I have only today received an email address from a consultant that I should mail, yet I should still follow up with cancellations department, the very same department that does not have a direct line and if Im transferred to that department the line gets cut. As a result I have now paid an extra month on my contract which I feel is totally unfair for the consumer.
