I enquired about upgrading and number change I found out that you overcharged and requested for no changes to be made to my contract and that will terminated. I phoned Nashau and asked what the cost would be to terminate my contract as the prevouis week, they billed my incorrectly, change my number and I sat without a phone for 2 days. After 2 days of asking what is happening, i was to and said there is no forms when i phone back i was advised there is forms and the person gave me the wrong inf. I was advised to pay and amount, of R585.50 I asked more than once as was told yes this was the only amount due. then i get an invoice for a month I must also pay. This morning I get a mail stating my termination was received and they will only close the account on the 18/02/2014. when I phoned I was told the termination fee was used by them for the instalment due as the end of the month. When ever you phone to have to hold on and now one can assist or you must sent an mail. They promise to phone back and this never happens. I just wanted to terminate my contract with immediate effect and pay what was due, but this does not happen and I keep on paying for your mistakes.
