I signed a 24 months phone contract which included a TV, after my contract term, MTN and its legal department couldn't terminate my contract even after I called them to terminate the contract.
They continued the contract without my concern and I received no service from them (no airtime and no new TV but still expected/charged the same amount of the initial contract.
I am so unhappy and will never in my life encourage anyone to engage with MTN.
