TELKOM OVERBILL AND THEN FAIL TO PROVIDE DETAILED BILLING.THEY MISREPRESENT THEIR ALL INCLUSIVE CELL PHONE DEAL/ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN BY SAYING THAT IT IS ALL INCLUSIVE AND THEN BILL EXTRA CALLS THAT IS ALL OF A SUDDEN NOT INCLUDED IN THIS 'ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE', AS WELL AS SMS'S AND INTERNET DATA.
ALL THIS WHEN YOU PAY R1599 A MONTH FOR THIS ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE!

WHEN THE PHONE BECAME FAULTY NOW, THEY REFUSED TO EXCHANGE THE PHONE AND REFERRED ME TO SAMSUNG, WHICH IS NOT PARTY TO THE CONTRACT.
