Neotel does a fantastic job of installing the service into your premises, however, what they forget to inform you in writing or verbally is that their systems are completely inadequate to handle either power failures or even normal storms.
Since the service has been installed, in August 2013, I have had the systems - modem - aerials replaced twice, and the internet service being interrupted 5 times.
Their service tele service teams are completely incapable of rectifying the problem, and it usually takes between 3 to 5 days for the problem to be rectified.

If you are considering a service with telephone and data facility, think twice about Neotel.
You will have a lot of down time.l if you are running a business this will mean lots of money lost.

A very poor state of affair, as we South African are being taken for an absolute ride by these substandard service offering international companies.

No thank you... please come and remove this equipment from my offices...
