Poor Service from Neotel - Again

On 06/06/2013, I posted a complaint of Poor Service from Neotel. Promises were made and never kept and feedback or call backs are never done. On 13/06/2013 I finally received a call from Lerato at Neotel. After explaining to her several times of what the problem was, was eventually told that Neotel could not assist. Apparently the Neotel systems are way too rigid and cannot help consumers like myself. There was nothing that she could do as here systems could not allow a simple monitoring service to be implemented and when thresholds are reached... action. Therefore absolutely nothing could be done.

I was also promised that I would be provided with documents explaining the process. Today I received an e mail from Lerato confusing me and my complaint with another Consumer. When queried I was told that they are the details I posted on earlier. However the names, nature of complaint, account Number and contact details are completely different.

I have still not received a resolution to my query or help on getting it resolved. I have still not received the documents promised to me by Lerato. The level of service offered by Neotel is extremely concerning.
