I am currently using a orange internet dongal from Neotel which is not compatible with windows 8 drivers, I have called the service centre and the Durbanville branch who would have called me back and still I wait. everytime I want to connect to the internet I must delete the neotel modem and reinstall from my flashdrive as the dongal is not compatible with windows 8. This is in my opinion not my problem as Neotel is a major company and should have updated drivers and systems. My business suffers under this and all Neotel service centre can say is get a I.T. guy out to sort you laptop. My laptop is new and functioning. I feel this is Neotels problem and needs to be sorted by them. I still have 16 gigs of data on my dongal and need this sorted.
