I took out a new contract with Cell C which was supposed to include 100minutes, 100 sms and 1 gig of data (1026mb). Received the phone on 26th nov with the Sim card with 100 megs of Data only which was probably pro rata for November. But then on 1st December I again on received 100 megs. The deal I signed up for was 1 GIG. I have phoned every day to hear the same story that the sales team will listen to the call to hear what I signed up for. The advert is still running on TV and clearly says 1 GIG OF DATA FOR R389.00 Now I am being billed every time I use more that 1 Meg. This is not the way to treat any client Cell C not especially a new one. Sort this out or come and fetch your cellphone. I spoke to Sam Kunene on 5th Dec (REF 20131127092737657481) who promised to contact the supervisor in the dept reponsible to sort this out and I have had no feed back. Unacceptable.
