About 3 months ago I applied for a landline to be installed in my new business premises. I called Neotel because they didn't have to install any cables and I thought they would be fast. it appears Telkom could help me sooner so I went with Telkom an the very next day cancelled Neotel. just to find out some weeks later that Neotel sends me a bill for r1800 and deducts from my account which has caused a negative reference on my bank account. I called in and spoke to Happy on the 07/10/2013 at 4:30 pm (fcr235556706) who told me I don't owe as no equipment had been booked out an I was in the canellation period. then a few weeks later still I owe Neotel I call again this time I get Mummy (sreQ100150685) which told me the same thing as before. Today 26/11/2013 I get a call from MBD attorneys saying I owe Neotel.. I call in again and speak to precious who tells me to ignore MBD as lots of customers gets handed over by mistake (fcr27156014) I am sick of this I want Neotel to sort this out as its giving me a bad name. I am so glad I didn't take up their offer service would have been worse.
