My landline had gone dead from the 6TH December 2013 and until now Telkom keeps giving me the same story that the repair is in progress. I'm paying for the line and ADSL to an other service provider for something that's not working. I've even been to the Telkom office in Menlyn and they could not help me. Its so bad that I now have someone else's telephone number as mine and someone else has my number.
I am going to refuse to pay any bill and even if the other party used my line to make calls. This is typical Telkom bad attitude.
