I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service I received at North mead Mall at Vodacom,
I am due for an upgrade and went to collect a 9900 Blackberry Bold (WHITE) I went home
And it was black so not knowing it wasn't white I opened it and took it back as I wanted a
White phone I was promised that they will order the white phone and I will get it by today.
Now Vodacom says I have to take the black one as I opened it - this was not my problem as
I have a letter both signed by myself E.M Nell and the Vodacom Consultant promising they will
Get this sorted and now I would like to cancel everything as the bad attitude I am getting I do
Not appreciate getting from them.
I would have loved the phone - but I will not pay for something been given it with bad service and attitude.
