Hello Peter.

On behalf of my wife Jillian Davids, I would like to inform you of a Nashua Mobile.
My wife had a cellphone contract where she gets two mobile phones for a period of 2yrs.
On the 02/12/2012 she informed them of her termination of the contract and that she will no longer be using their service. She had her original number moved to the contract at the time and at the end she requested it to be transferred back to pay as you go and terminate the other number to the 2nd phone which was all documented.
In January of this year, she was billed again and on the 27/03/2013 she went in to inform them that she has requested to have the contract terminate and that her original number is back on pay as you go and the other number is not in use but yet she gets billed for the contract. They acknowledge all of the above but still claims that it was not done on the system and that she is liable for the charges. She now has a judgement against her name because of this. She has both letters to prove that she terminated that contract on the 02/12/2012 which she did in the store in Canal Walk Cape Town. We are applying for a home loan and now because of this arrears we don't qualif
