INCORRECT PHONE GIVEN BACK AFTER REPAIRS

I HAVE GIVEN IN MY BLACKBERRY 9360 (WHITE IN COLOUR) TO CELL C IN PAVILION, WESTVILLE AS THE PHONE WAS GIVING MY WIFE SOME PROBLEMS. IT WAS FREEZING ALOT. AS THE PHONE WAS ONLY 4 MONTHS OLD, I DECIDED TO TAKE IT INTO THE REPAIR CENTRE FOR REPAIRS. THE CONSULTANT INFORMED ME THAT THE REPAIR COULD TAKE UP TO 21 WORKING DAYS AS THE PHONE HAD TO BE SENT TO THE REPAIR CENTRE IN JOHANNESBURG, WHICH I AGREED UPON.
21 DAYS LATER I RECIEVED A CALL FROM CELLC PAVILION, STATING THAT MY PHONE WAS BACK FROM REPAIRS.
I WENT TO THE STORE TO COLLECT MY PHONE, ONLY TO BE SURPRISED BY A NEW 9360 BUT BLACK IN COLOUR. I WAS UPSET BECAUSE THE PHONE I HAD SENT IN WAS WHITE AND THE MANAGER INFORMED US THAT HE DID NOT KNOW WHY A BLACK ONE WAS REPLACED. HE PROMISED TO CHECK UP THE NEXT MORNING (25/03/2013) AND BY 16H00, HE HAD NOT CALLED AND I HAD TO CALL HIM.
HE INFORMED ME THAT THERE WAS NOT WHITE 9360 AVAILABLE WHICH I REFUSED TO BELIEVE.

I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT OF CELL C NOW FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS AND THIS SERVICE IS APPALLING
