I have filed a complaint two weeks ago. My complaint have been removed from HelloPeter and marked as resolved and it has NOT been resolved. At this stage I want Vodacom to arrange a sim swap so I can keep my number and move to another provider. I am done trying to explain and deal with theses people.
Vodocom employees upgraded on my moms account and she has to pay for an upgrade (while some-body else is walking around with the iphone 4). We were promised a refund and that our phones would be active in 36 hours... guess what our phones are still not working 2 weeks later!!! We are being punished for corruption on their side. And the matter is NOT being resolved while my mother still have to PAY PAY PAY for zero service. She has now stopped her debit order (as our phones are not working in any case).
Please Vodacom we just want to move to another service provider. Allow us to do so!!!
