Vodacom - we have been good customers for many years - now I want to upgrade my phone and the choices are pathetic. I would like an iPhone 5 or a Blackberry Z10 but all I can choose from are entry level smart phones. Why should I upgrade either of my phones when I can port my number to another network and service provider who will happily give me either of my desired phones for less than what I'm paying now. Look into my history, see if we've been bad clients and see what you're about to lose (both contracts)! Please give us one good reason not to move!
