STILL WAITING

I first put an article on Hellopeter about 3 or 4 weeks ago and am still waiting for a solution. Rashieda Jattiem contacted me via ermail saying he was sorry to hear about the concerns and would be out of the office until the 1st July. He was handing the matter over to the Regional Office. Well, I am still waiting for a response. Although Vodacom say the problem of data has been resolved, and half the amount was credited to us by Vodacom and sadly the store assisstant had to pay the other half out of her own pocket. I am still horrified that Vodacom can discontinue our son and daughter's phones, causing them to lose their numbers and all their airtime. I think commensation is due! Also, I would like this matter to be resolved and explanations given, not simply apologies given and no conclusions. Please contact me urgently.
