POOR POOR SERVICE

For the umteenth time it is almost not possible to make any calls from my vodacom handset. Our company currently has approximately 80 contract phones with Vodacom and another 200 pay as you go phones.

Everybody complains. You can almost never anymore get hold of anybody and when you do, the quality of the call is so bad that you are actually wasting your time. This is no longer acceptable - we keep on being reassured it is because Vodacom is working on the "service" but we still have to pay for a full service. I will not feel proud if I am not delivering the service that I am being paid for. It seems that this is what Vodacom excells in!

Our Vodacom phones are an integral part of our safety program and at this stage it is failing because we can not use it. Should I call it a day and move all our phones to MTN? Can yoou calculate the number of "Call failed" and "Call failed, please try again" messages that we receive on a daily basis and refund us for the service that you do not provide as agreed?
