This is my second complaint this year and really regret staying with vodacom!
I upgraded via website which was a mistake even one of the sale consultants at vodacom in Menlyn said it was, and soon after I got a call to update details on the upgrade so I could get my new phone. To my amazement I got two phones on two contracts!! I cancelled the one because I didn't needed I was promised if I was billed I would get refund and somebody from vodacom would contact me to pick up phone. I have been billed twice now over R2000 no call yet but somebody pitched up at my office when I was away asking for me. I would like this issue to be resolved and my money back in my account this week!
