I recently received an cell-phone up-grade on my contract. The phone was a Nokia Lumia 720. I wanted to purchase a protective cover so the screen would not get damaged and I would not need to fork out -R1200.00 to replace it. They were out of stock on covers. I went back to the same store a week later, as well as other vodacom (as well as many other) shops looking for a cover - but no shops seem to stock them. Now my screen is cracked and I will need to replace the screen, which dramatically more expensive than the cost of a cover.

I am not happy that they sell these phones and cannot even supply covers to protect them - they should warn people at the very least when they sell this type of phone.
