Cancelled Order but goods still arrive

Hey there Vodacom,

Just to let you know I cancelled my order for an iPad and to my amazement the courier just arrived?
Please explain how this happens... I cancelled my order numerous times via Facebook, Sales and Call Centre.
I didnt accept the delivery, So I do not expect to be billed for this...
