I am not impressed with the service that i have recieved from vodacom, i took out a phone contract on 30 October 2013 for R199.00 per month, but whihin one month i now owe R 1050.00 to vodacom, i am supposed to get 200sms's, 457mb and 75mins each month, i called in to query how my bill became so much, especially because i have only received an sms on 25 November 2013 to tell me that i have used up my data, i am failing to understand how i could have been billed R750 for data from 26 November to 29 November, i hardly use the internet and only use whatsapp and bbm? is it really that expensive to use whatsapp with vodacom, i wouldn't advice anyone i know to take up a contract with vodacom, i have never been a contract user in my life and i am totally dissatisfied with the service. i wish they could come and take their phone back and cancel my contract, i've always been a blackberry user on prepaid with my other vodacom number, but i would never spend more than R 200.00 on my phone per month, now i owe such an exorbitant amount, all for a blackberry z10, it's not worth it.

The worst part is that the consultant i spoke to last night on 0821946 told me that i need ot pay this amount.
