Dare I say more.
MTN is not only incompetent in helping customers with their difficulties but also with providing feedback.
I have been told so many times by MTN consultants that they would provided feedback within 24 hours. Do you people know how to count?
It took me two Hellopeter complaints and numerous call to get help from Coverage as for SMC their level of service is beyond me. Kindly provide me with a number of a person I can call to assist me with my problem. Pretending I don't exist doesn't mean I will go away it just means I get angrier and more upset. My network problems are worsening by the day. Is it so much to ask to have a service provided that I am paying for every month. A phone is needed by a women especially is case of emergency but if you can't provide me with that simple service how am I expected to call someone when I need help?
