I was the victim of a upgrade on my account - and when requesting it to be removed - I was repeatedly told it has been. However, after going to a store to try and upgrade - the system blocks it as I've already upgraded according to the software.
I've tried for the last 3 weeks to resolve this - with numerous unfulfilled promises and. The poor consultant at Cellucity is also trying everything he can - but Vodacom is useless and clearly does not care about client service! This weekend is my deadline - if it is not sorted out by tomorrow afternoon I'll move all my accounts to MTN as Vodacom has lost their appreciation for customers - and ultimately me.
Disappointed and tired of trying to get something sorted - that was never my fault. If only they get some of the sales consultants bugging you to actually work on client service they would be much better.
