More than 3 hrs in store, STILL no vodacom upgrade

Went for an vodacom upgrade on Saturday, and after HOURS of waiting they told me the deal in the pamphlet is not on the system. And after the consultants tried repeatedly to contact management to extend the deal (deal was only valid until the next day) so they could organise the phone to be brought from Witbank, since they were out of stock, and get the system-glitch sorted out, the management (even in head offices!!) was ``unavailable``. So I had to walk out the store empty-handed after almost 2 hours, with only a promise that they would contact me when the cellphone arrives.

I went again today (Monday), only to hear that no such order was placed. The poor consultant (Annita) tried non-stop to contact the cellphone-devition manager, but we were blatantly ignored, even when talking to him face to face, all we got was a smile and his back as he walked away.

Bad management is making it impossible for the floor consultants to do their job and making the store lose customers. It's been over three days now and still no contract renewal or cellphone. I made it clear that I would be leaving on vacation tomorrow and that this needed to be sorted out by TODAY. Horrible service.
