Vodacom do not care about their customers

In November 2013 I was due for an upgrade which I happily agreed to. There was an inbox failure with the Iphone 5 so I asked for another phone. Took Vodacom 2 weeks to issue me with another phone Z10. I had call numerous times and make sure my invoice was updated but as usual the answer I got was "yes its sorted and you will be credited". So off I went Overseas in December, got back to work in January and no credit note from Vodacom. So I went to the Vodacare store in Northriding, the manager was very helpful but unfortunately Vodacom never credit me the entire amount. The manager continued to call and retrieve updates from Vodacom but no one has got back to him. Had issues with the upgrade and now to get my money back is also an issue. Almost 3 months and still waiting for Vodacom to come back to me. I queried this on numerous occasion but nothing has been done.
