Hallo, I complain about a samsung galaxy 4 previously. Derick from cell c phoned me listen to the complaint and promise me to phone me back as soon as he talk to the cell c manager of the Bela Bela shop. Up to now no report back. To get to service from 140 is a nightmare. Yesterday Nicolene from the Cell c shop Bela Bela phone me and said I can come and get the REPLACEMENT phone. End up with a beaten up, dented. and scratch screen phone. Leave it just their. Ask form superior phone no. This is a phone that broke 3 days out of the 14 day period. Speaker problems. Losing a lot of business. Bela Bela system not working for 3 weeks now. If you go into the shop the standard answer is call the call center, our system is of.
