I am a contract customer of vodacom. The last 2 month's when i want to apply for an additional line online i am getting the following message: Incorrect details
The account details you entered do not reflect in our records. This may be because you are not the Account Holder or your account is held with another Service Provider (i.e Nashua or Autopage). Please re-enter your details or fill out the contact form and a Call Centre agent will call you back.
Nobody at the call centre can assist!
But every month my bank account is debited. If i don't exist how can they keep on deducting money from my account!!!
