Last week Thursday 28 Nov, I noticed that my BIS was not working and I tried to recharge it but with no success so I called MTN customer service and was informed that my phone has been converted to contract and I need to contact my service provider. I informed them that I knew nothing about this and how was it possible because i never applied for any contract? So I was given Nashua's number who then referred me to RMCS. I contact RMCS via email and telephone and the agent at contact centre informed me she was unable to assist and will accelerate the matter to technical department I must just wait for the response. Mind you, this is a work phone and I am always on the road so need to be able to work on my phone at all times.
On Monday 2 Dec, I receive a one line correspondence from RMCS stating that my phone has been been migrated back to prepaid. No apology or explanation! Thurs 6 Dec, I am still unable to use my phone as this migration has not occurred. I have called and emailed with no avail. I am so upset, frustrated and inconvenienced by RMCS and to top it off their bad customer service is so unprofessional and unhelpful!
