Incorrect banking details

18 of July 2013 called the call centre to update my banking details. The agent advised me that the details have been captured and the next debit order will go off on from the new banking details. On the 25th of July there was no debit order so i phoned again and they told me that on their records it shows as pending how ever the details were changed. Only to get a massage advising me to go pay the account. I then called the call centre and confirmed the account number only to find that one number on the account number was incorrect."so professional"Initially i had got a discount to settle this account in February 2013 and due the debit order not going though i was then informed that the discount was discontinued. I then advised the agent that how is that fair to me as a customer if i gave the correct details, i also told her that i was willing to make the manual payment to cover that invoice but the only answer i got was that they will investigate and call me back.

I demand that the discount amount be reinstated reason being that it was not my fault that the debit order was rejected due to incorrect banking details captured by their agent. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
