I get someone else's account, a company in Cape Town, via email from Vodacom accounts Dept every month. Every month I forward it back to Vodacom customer care advising them the bill is not for me. I get a reference number - no one from Vodacom ever comes back to me. Come the next month the wrong account arrives in my inbox again. This has been happening for at least 8 months - surely the real account holder is looking for this account?
Clearly no one at Vodacom Customer Care is reacting to my mail (which is scary in itself) or forwarding this to their accounts dept? Surely the Vodacom accounts dept should remove my details from their system - the email details are not even remotely similar or just phone the cell user who shold be getting the account to verify their details?
