Account details?? - try searching vodacom

I have tried getting the banking details for Vodacom to pay our cellphone account on time.
we bank with Capitec and Vodacom is not loaded on their supplier list.
when phoning the call centre or any branch for that matter all help you get is - do a global search for Vodacom and add them as supplier. REALY??? even after explaining very calmly that Capitec does not have vodacom's details all you get is but search for the Vodacom account under public service providers.
and due to not having the details it is EXTRA banking charges as i need to deposit cash into a fnb account to pay vodacom - also dare be a day late and Charges gets loaded on the account??? how much longer do i have to struggle - why can no one give me the banking details required???
