Yesterday Telkom had to install my adsl line but simply was too lazy to do anything, they were here for 10 minutes and left, only saying they cant install the line because its cut and he cant climb up the pole, I have been waiting for this installation for a week and apparently from what I've read from other users I wont hear from them soon!
Looks like they don't care about business, the least they could do is refer me to the right person but I've been phoning for more than an hour and everybody sends me somewhere else.
This is really poor service from them!
