Telkom Line ADSL Installation gripes

Around 3 weeks ago I applied for a telkom line, the following happened.

1. Telkom had a double order, I have no idea how this happened as I ordered 1 x phone line.
2. It was installed, I tried to cancel the double order 3 x times. Eventually the tech called me to install the 2nd line and I said NO I already have the line, it is installed. He informed me that Telkom doesn't update their system, but thanks it is cancelled.
3. I called 10210 to order a 2MB ADSL on the line. This was on 1 July 2013. Own sp and self install.
4. I got an SMS on 5/7/13 indicating that the ADSL uprade is done and that I should use reference number X and complete the self install.
5. Since then the modem never synced and I called back and got this and that from Telkom. Sorry sir, our system is slow, each call is 20min from my cell. This morning it started syncing and I completed the self install which just gave errors and eventually said that it is pending.
6. I called Telkom today who said that the adsl verify failed, I should try again. Which I did, now 9 hours later I can still only access [URL Removed] through my own sp account, nothing else.

I have called TC every day for 2 weeks now!!!
