Installation of landline

Firstly, I applied for a landline in October. The installation was incomplete yet I received an sms saying I will be billed. I then called and they rescheduled the installation. However, the guy that didn't finish his job came 2 days later. I then called to close an open order, as Mweb needed to install an ADSL line. After been cut off and transferred to all incorrect departments, Telkom cancelled my landline. Now I am waiting for a technician since last week. I called to escalate the matter and the consultant said I would receive a call in 4 hours but to dat I have received nothing. I called toda, about 10 minutes ago and they cut the call. Someone needs to install my line TODAY. The reason on system that Telkom cancelled my line, is that I relocated. What liars.
