Installation teams horrible service delivery

Telkom was supposed to install an ADSL line at my premises on Thursday 22 August.By Friday afternoon they did not pitch. The call centre said that they will install it by Saturday but no one came to install the line, nor has anyone communicated with me regarding the situation. I have phoned them today, 28 August, only to find out that my installation has been moved to 28 September 2013
