I purchased a Q5 blackberry which included bbm. I then got a huge bill for Data. I put a call limit on my phone and in a few hours it was locked. I unlocked it and added an additional R100 call limit and this happened in a period of 4 days to which I had to increase my limit. I had not even made calls, I purchased additional data bundles and I was losing my airtime for no reason! After calling and getting hold of the data people after many phone calls, I got a reference number and was told someone will contact me on monday. It is Thursday and I am still waiting. I tried calling the helpline and waited for over 30 minutes per call and could not get a consultant on the line. I even choose the call me back option which was prompted by the recorded voice message, they did call back twice, however it just rang and rang and then went silent!!! Unbelievable service. Do they not have any staff? The consultant that I spoke to the previous friday told me that I was being charged for bbm and the data used as I was put on the wrong package and they will resolve it. Nothing has happened since. They don't care, you can't get hold of them, they don't keep their promises of calling you back!!
