I reported a fault on the 11th of December 2013, its now the 6th of January 2014 and my BUSINESS line has still not been fixed. They have not even made an attempt to fix it at all in all this time. I have lost so much business, It took them 1 and a half months to initially install the line, which they had excuses, at the end I had to install the cabling myself because their technician was to lazy and they said they wouldn't charge me an installation fee because it was the technicians bad attitude, BUT THEY STILL DID. Now my line has not been working since 11th December I have called multiple times and all they say is they will escalate it but they still do nothing and have not made an attempt to fix it. Is Telkom going to pay my rent? and all the business I have lost? Telkom a pathetic useless service provider.
