I took my phone in for repairs as the scroll button was not working, taking in mind I had my phone for about 6 months. My boyfriend cleant the phone with thinners and because of that they claimed its water damage so I lost my warranty. So I claim from the insurance which cost R800 due to the "water damage". Firstly nobody called me to tell me that my quote was ready, I had to follow-up. So I go to the store they tell me to first go fetch the phone at customer service, surely in the interim they could have got all my details, by the time I get back from customer service at least it would have saved time. Finally when I get back from customer service I spent almost an hour there, which was totally ridiculous as the lines werent even that long, the staff seem to have a very laid back attitude. Anyway so I get my new phone that was 3/12/13, since then my phone keeps switching off for no reason and this suppose to be a new phone, so according to the document I signed if the phone is not working (which is a weird clause to have for a new item) you bring back the phone and have to wait another 5 days. So he also then says to transfer the info i will be charged R100, really!!
