Faith in Telkom and South African Service

At 10h30 on 6 December 2013 I needed a password reset to be done for me. I phoned on behalf of the client and Solomon was the rep who helped me. He needed information from the client who wasn't with me at the time. He kindly called her and spoke to her while I was holding on the line. He then went forth and gave me the relevant information and I am happily up and running. He also noticed that Telkom hadn't yet upgraded the 1meg line to a 2meg line and he picked this up and informed me and upgraded the line. THIS IS AWESOME SERVICE AND WE ALL CAN LEARN FROM THIS MAN!!!
